Returns & Exchanges

We encourage considered purchasing. Please review sizing and product details carefully prior to ordering.

Returns

Oliver Pond offers a 14 day return window from the date of purchase.

Items must be inspected upon receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact customerservice@oliverpond.com.au within this period with your order details.

Requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all packaging intact

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items marked as sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Online Orders

Items purchased via the Oliver Pond website must be returned by post and cannot be returned in store.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@oliverpond.com.au with your order details.

Once approved, you will be issued a return authorisation number along with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

You will be notified via email once your return has been assessed. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.

Delayed Refunds

If your refund has not been received, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged.
